UPSTAIRS PRIVATE BANQUET ROOM

Our private banquet room boasts the original wood bar from our Lafayette Hill location, beautiful exposed brick walls, crystal chandeliers, an elevator, and a cozy fireplace (yes, you can absolutely place your own photos on the mantle to personalize your event). You may also customize the menus and décor. This space can accommodate up to 85 guests.

Monday through Wednesday we offer a corporate happy hour in our private banquet room — up to 3 hours, no room fee, $500 minimum spend.

We had close to 60 people in attendance, some local residents but many from out of town , and all were impressed. The service provided was wonderful, from the advance help from Jessica the catering manager, to the room set-up and to the quality of the food and service the evening of the dinner, they just thought of everything. The upstairs room was warm and inviting, with a separate bar. We brought some of our own pictures, which the staff helped us to set-up in advance, and we also made use of the large TV to show a video presentation we created for the bride and groom. We enjoyed appetizers, some stationary and some butlered, followed by a buffet dinner. The dinner at The Lucky Dog was a wonderful start for our family for the wedding weekend and I would highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a rehearsal dinner location.””

““My wife and I moved to Conshohocken about 3 years ago. The first weekend that we were here I paused our moving operation to grab a beer for the Sunday Eagles game. The bartender introduced himself and chatted us up for a few minutes. We have been loyal ever since!

OUR STORY

(We don’t normally dress like this)

Steve and Barrie opened the original Lucky Dog in Lafayette Hill on May 18, 2001. Their desire to create a warm and inviting environment, serving homemade comfort food and diverse craft beers, turned the Lucky Dog into the “Cheers” of the neighborhood, where every day they would welcome their regular guests and convert newcomers into family.

Steve and Barrie would frequently receive requests to rent out the original Lucky Dog for private events and parties, but at the cozy Lafayette Hill location they were unable to accommodate these requests since they did not want to close their doors to their regular guests. When the opportunity came along to move to a larger space featuring a gorgeous private banquet room, fully handicap accessible with an elevator, they knew they could not turn it down.

On May 1, 2015, Steve and Barrie re-opened their doors in nearby Conshohocken (only 3 miles away), maintaining the same cozy and inviting feel as the original location but now offering a larger bar and dining room and two private event spaces.
